Cancellation and No-Show Policy At Eclectic Studios, we understand that sometimes schedules change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. Please see our policies below for cancellations and no-shows. 1. No-Show Policy: • In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, a charge equal to 100% of the service cost will be applied. • An appointment will be considered a No-Show 15min after your scheduled start time. • If a no-show occurs more than once, we reserve the right to request pre-payment in full for future services. 2. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: • If you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment time, this will result in a non-refundable charge equal to 50% of the planned service. • The cancellation fee will act as a deposit for your next appointment, should you choose to reschedule. • This charge must be paid prior to your next appointment. Policy Acknowledgment: • By booking an appointment at Eclectic Studios, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Cancellation and No-Show Policy. • These policies are in place to make sure we have enough time to fill any spaces left by cancellations, that way we can accommodate guests to the best of our ability.
